I just moved in this weekend. The application and lease signing were a cinch. My apartment looked super clean on move in and there was even a little welcome basket with some much needed goodies. I can't say much about the amenities yet, but the process of moving in was easy and painless (except the actual moving part)

I have lived at Southpointe Apartments for a few years. Overall, my experience here has been positive and enjoyable. With convenient access to the highways, the location in South County is great. The apartment complex is well laid-out, and my apartment has been well-maintained. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Lease renewals are handled very efficiently. The maintenance department has always been first-rate. Jobs are completed quickly and professionally.

I've been here for 3 years and have had the best experience with an Allstar team. This is by far the most attentive place I've stayed. They take great care of me. I dont think I'm going anywhere unless I buy a house but not in this market.
